Lecithin softgel capsules typically contain gelatine, making them unsuitable for vegans. For our vegan lecithin capsules, we use GreenCaps that are free from gelatine, chemical fillers, and release agents. Per bottle: 120 capsules. Recommended dosage: 2 capsule per day.
