All 38 flower essences are made from a variety of wild plants, trees and bushes and each essence relates to a specific emotion or feeling that anyone might experience from time to time. Ingredients

Mimulus Flower Essence 20ml: Grape alcohol (approx. 27%v/v), flower extract of Mimulus.

Directions

Take an individual essence based on how you’re feeling or create a combination of up to seven essences using a mixing bottle. Single essence use: place 2 drops directly onto your tongue or add 2 drops to water and sip regularly. Multiple essence use: Add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) to mixing bottle. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.
