The green tube is a medium tensile strength, especially for beginners and advanced users who want to work on endurance and light strength training. For advanced and experienced athletes, the blue tube is recommended, with a heavy tensile strength. Grey is the heaviest tensile strength and suitable for experienced athletes who want to go mainly through pure strength training.
