The pink tube is very light, recommended for easy endurance training, rehabilitation sports and senior sports. The green tube is a medium tensile strength, especially for beginners and advanced users who want to work on endurance and light strength training. For advanced and experienced athletes, the blue tube is recommended, with a heavy tensile strength. Grey is the heaviest tensile strength and suitable for experienced athletes who want to go mainly through pure strength training.
Three resistance levels – 15 lbs (pink), 20 lbs (green), 30 lbs (blue), 40 lbs (grey), all 4 feet long.
