One Step loperamide is suitable for adults and children 12 years and over. It should not be taken for long periods unless instructed otherwise. Take a capsule every time you have a bowel movement and no more than 6 capsules in any 24 hour period. Our Loperamide capsules are to be taken orally and with a full glass of water
