It describes a group of fatty compounds including phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylinositol which have a key role in cell signalling. Because of its many functions, lecithin in the form of a supplement may be supportive in many ways.
⭐ PREMIUM QUALITY [FROM GERMANY]: While most products offer lecithin from soy, our lecithin is derived from sunflower. Compared to soy lecithin extraction, the extraction of sunflower lecithin doesn’t require harsh chemicals. Furthermore, while soybeans are sometimes genetically modified in mass production, sunflower seeds aren’t. Finally, we use organic lecithin originating from organic sunflowers grown in Germany.

Lecithin softgel capsules typically contain gelatine, making them unsuitable for vegans.
